"Very Poor"
Nothing to like. Hotel no longer exists. We get there and it's pouring rain after a 3.5 hour trip with my handicap mother and get to the hotel at 3pm just to find out the hotel is now a shelter and no longer a hotel. Didn't move anywhere else. Just gone I had to locate a room last minute not having time to research , spending more than I needed to and now out this money for the room that was not available. I am NOT PAYING A FEE I WOULD LIKE MY FILL REFUND.. IT IS INHUMANE TO CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR A BOGUS HOTEL THAT BOOKING.COM SUGGESTED AND ALLOWED

Just had a good one night stay at Queens County Inn. The location is good, 5 min walk to subway, citibike station down the road. Room was large, bathroom was exceptionally clean and the large king bed was comfortable. More than enough space for both of us. View of the city out the window. The aircon, a bit noisy but worked well. Hot shower, good pressure. Check in/out was friendly, easy and quick. Lobby was clean. Overall very good value. If you need a budget hotel to stay at while visiting Manhattan with decent basic amenities, comfortable bed and enough space, consider staying here. Read the reviews.
